We’re looking for a passionate and Facebook Implementation Specialist to join our Client Services Team. As an integral role in supporting our team you will be the main point of contact for all Facebook-related activities. You’ll need to be strong in your Facebook skills and comfortable with learning and adapting in the ever-changing platform. You will be working with our healthcare clients, so our ideal candidate has healthcare-specific and best practice experience. We work as a team on most projects, so it’s important to be great at working with others, but you should also have the ability to work independently and on deadlines.

The Facebook Implementation Specialist role will be heavily focused on the below areas as it relates to the Facebook platform:

  • Policy & guidelines
  • Strategic guidance
  • Client support
  • Team support
  • Platforms & product knowledge
  • Deployment of product & implementation rollouts
  • Privacy requirements

Other responsibilities may include ad hoc support and projects as assigned. 

This is a full-time, remote (work-from-home) opportunity. Must be based in the continental US.  Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should: 

  • Have 2-3 years of social media and digital marketing experience specifically in healthcare
  • Deep experience of the Facebook platform and associated products (ie, Instagram)
  • Understanding of recent changes, updates and shifts in the Facebook landscape (ie, increased privacy, iOS updates, etc)  
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Experience with developing ad copy and/or working within Facebook
  • Experience in troubleshooting Facebook issues, technical hurdles or policy challenges
  • Desire to learn new skills
  • Tech savvy – comfortable with evolving technology and working within Google Drive and other platforms as needed
  • Detail-oriented and multitasking pro
  • Solid oral/written communicator 
  • Can-do attitude – willing to assist with tasks outside your job description when necessary
  • Ability to work independently and remotely once given direction
  • Strong analytical and logical skills

Preferred

Client-side experience (healthcare system or entity) or healthcare agency experience  

  • Google Tag Manager experience a plus
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification(s) a plus
  • Google Ads Certifications a plus
  • Agency internship and/or job experience
  • Healthcare internship and/or job experience
