Kristen Hepler joins Eruptr as one of three new members to join the Operations Team so far this year as as an Account Manager. She brings nearly five years of marketing experience in healthcare. Most recently she served as Digital Content Writer for Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pa. where she gained a broad range of social media, project management, customer service and client relations experience.
While at Geisinger, she was a key contributor for website redesigns, managed the publishing of content for customer-facing social media channels and oversaw content management. Kristen graduated from Penn State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Communications from Purdue University.
In her role at Eruptr she’ll be an integral part of the Operations team, working closely with clients in the development and launch of their digital campaigns. As a Google AdWords Certified Professional, Kristen brings a wealth of healthcare marketing experience and digital expertise to this role.
Kristen lives in Pennsylvania with her boyfriend and their adorable silver lab, Cooper. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
