J.K. Lloyd, President & Founder
J.K. has over 15 years of experience helping hospitals implement online marketing strategies and campaigns that increase awareness, patient acquisition and contribution margins. Prior to co-founding Eruptr, J.K. was one of the first employees of RevolutionHealth.com (now Everyday Health), an online site envisioned by Steve Case, the co-founder of AOL. J.K. was instrumental in creating and spearheading a hospital advertising vertical and developing relationships across the country. The internet is the fastest growing medium for targeting patients and J.K. is committed to serving care providers to achieve marketing goals and increase ROI.
Kevin Minnelli
Kevin Minnelli, CEO & Founder
Kevin Minnelli is the CEO and co-founder of Eruptr with over 30 years of Technology, Development, Executive and Marketing experience and holds a Masters of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University.
Prior to co-founding Eruptr in 2009, Kevin and fellow co-founder JK Lloyd both worked as early employees at Revolution Health where they realized the opportunity to provide improved digital marketing solutions to health systems that went beyond banner and display ads. While there, Kevin managed, implemented and deployed the entire DoubleClick ad platform and SEO/SEM efforts.
Currently, Kevin leads the company’s operations, finance and technology groups. His influence has been instrumental in developing the internal software technology that powers the platforms’ thousands of campaigns, analytics and reporting.
Kevin’s prior experience includes managing software development and data center infrastructure projects at National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Cancer.gov, leading the worldwide Walt Disney marketing CRM data warehouse for Merkle, as well as managing the software, networking, firewall and server build teams for USinternetworking.
Kevin has also held various technical and marketing project leadership roles with General Electric, Thomson Reuters, Citibank and Merrill Lynch.

Lea Bizri, Chief Financial Officer
Lea has over 19 years of experience in the media industry as a leader in finance. She has worked with start-up and fortune 500 companies to maintain operational excellence, build financial systems to help scale and ensure maximum efficiencies. Lea’s visionary style leads her to understand every angle of a business and work with leaders to build creative strategies for growth.
Prior to joining Eruptr, she was VP of Finance at Whisker Labs where she was responsible for the overall financial strategy of the company. Prior to Whisker Labs, Lea served as VP of Finance and Accounting at SocialCode where she helped take the company from a start-up to one of 2016’s fastest growing companies. At SocialCode, Lea was responsible for building out finance and accounting operations designed to scale the organization through their profound growth. She also held leadership roles at Discovery Communications and The Washington Post Company where she worked to build best-in-class teams and aligned financial and business metrics to support business strategy and growth.
Lea has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University. Outside of work, Lea has a passion for fitness, loves to spend time with her family and enjoys traveling.
Joel Cessna
Joel Cessna, Vice President of Sales
Joel has over 8 years of experience in working with hospital marketing departments on their digital strategies which lead to patient acquisition and measurement. Prior to joining the Eruptr team in January of 2015, Joel was an integral part of launching the Medicom Health Interactive line of Health Profilers where he served as VP of Sales and Marketing. Joel enjoys working closely with hospital marketing departments and helping them achieve their digital marketing goals.
Becky Imbimbo
Becky Imbimbo, Senior Directory of Digital Health Strategy
Becky joins the Eruptr team with more than 13 years in healthcare and 7 years in healthcare SaaS. She has experience building complex lead generation and retention strategies for hospitals and health systems. Becky currently serves as Senior Director of Digital Health Strategy at Eruptr.
Prior to joining Eruptr, Becky built out the Digital Health adoption and consulting business line at DeliverHealth. She also served as the Director, Marketing Automation Operations at Mercury Healthcare, after the acquisition of Evariant, where she focused her efforts on seamless implementation and execution of CRM driven marketing automation campaigns with her team of developers and strategists. Prior to the acquisition of Evariant, Becky was a Senior Campaign Manager where she was responsible for project managing, strategizing, and delivering CRM-enabled digital media campaigns that produced demonstrable ROI for customers. Becky earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration from Eastern Michigan University where she was also a standout D1 Volleyball player.
Becky grew up and spent most of her life in Michigan, but moved to Connecticut 7 years ago where she now resides with her husband and two kids.
Adam Kruse
Adam Kruse, Director of Technology
Adam is an experienced, innovative and fun-loving digital marketing pro who has a passion for turning great ideas into action. With more than 15 years in the digital space, he brings proven success and a deep understanding of how to execute integrated strategies that build awareness and drive growth.
Prior to working with Eruptr, Adam spent 6+ years with Ascension as the digital marketing manager at Borgess Health in southwest Michigan. During his time there, he was responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing and communication strategies designed to meet a mix of local, state and national business objectives.
Adam is also Google Ads Certified.
Dan Lavelle
Dan Lavelle, Managing Director
Dan is a healthcare growth and marketing strategist with more than a decade of hospital and SaaS vendor experience, Dan currently serves as Managing Director of Eruptr.
Prior to joining Eruptr, Dan was Head of Marketing at DeliverHealth where he was responsible for all go-to-market functions of the company including branding, comms, product marketing, demand generation and sales enablement. Dan also served as Vice President of Healthcare Marketing at Evariant, which was later acquired by Healthgrades/Mercury, where he was both an executive consultant to Tier 1 customers and led the customer-facing campaigns team responsible for executing CRM-enabled digital media strategies that produced demonstrable ROI for customers.
Prior to his B2B experience, Dan was Senior Director of Marketing at Lehigh Valley Health Network, where he was responsible for driving overall brand and demand generation strategies for the health system. Dan earned his undergraduate Marketing degree from Drexel University and earned his MBA from Desales University.
When he’s not working with customers to develop technology and tech-enabled services strategies you’ll find Dan competing in trail running or climbing in a national park, skiing with his wife and two kids, or racing cars.
Corey Maul
Corey Maul, Chief Technology Officer
Corey has over 17 years of experience in healthcare technology working with hospitals and health systems to deliver sophisticated technical solutions that meet the unique needs of the industry. His broad expertise in healthcare marketing and IT allows him to build scalable solutions that thread the needle of easy-to-use while meeting the important HIPAA security and privacy requirements.
Prior to joining the Eruptr team in November 2021 as part of the Medicom Health acquisition, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer. At Medicom Health, he led the team that built one of the most advanced Health Risk Assessment platforms in the industry, led the creation of an advanced EHR-integrated clinical workflow tool, and delivered powerful solutions for the American Heart Association and 7 of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the country.
Corey went to Washington University in St Louis for Computer Engineering and the Carlson School of Management for an MBA. He resides in the Minneapolis area and can be found on the weekends kayaking, camping, hiking or biking in the summers and shoveling snow in the winters.
Steve Mosack
Steve Mosack, Senior Director, Sales Operations
Steve Mosack joins Eruptr with over 10 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. Steve entered the healthcare sector while working for Medicom Health Interactive where he took his customer-centric approach and helped some of the biggest hospitals in the country utilize a digital strategy which featured health assessments. Prior to working with Medicom, Steve spent many years honing his digital marketing skills as an analyst with PMX Agency, specializing in customer acquisition, media planning and marketing campaign execution. While working with some of the biggest retailers, publishers, and fundraisers in the country, Steve has brought this valuable, well-rounded experience with him as he thinks about your future marketing goals. Steve holds certifications in Google Ads & Analytics, and Hubspot Inbound Marketing.
Jennifer O'Meara
Jennifer O’Meara, Senior Digital Strategist
Jen brings over a decade of healthcare marketing experience to Eruptr. Prior to joining our team, Jen served as marketing manager for Holy Redeemer Health System in suburban Philadelphia where she managed all branding efforts—both digital and non-digital—across their entire spectrum of care. One of her responsibilities included the development and maintenance of three distinct websites for the health system—a job that utilized her vast attention to detail and relationship-building skills to the fullest.
Jen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in public relations and is a Nittany Lion through and through.
She lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband, two daughters and their adopted pittie. When she’s not generating impressive results from her marketing efforts, Jen enjoys spending time with her kiddos, traveling, discovering new books, photography, and trying new foods.
Jen is also certified in Google Ads Search, Display and Video.
Monica Patel
Monica Patel, Director of Client Services
Monica joins Eruptr with over two decades of digital marketing and advertising experience in various industries such as tech, consumer packaged goods and healthcare. Most recently, she was responsible for leading a team of digital campaign managers ensuring campaign execution excellence.
Monica graduated from The George Washington University with a BA in International Marketing. She lives in Frisco, Texas with her husband and two sons. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, going to the gym and spending time with her family.
Melissa Placzkowski
Melissa Placzkowski, Chief Operating Officer
Melissa brings 10+ years of hospital and health system marketing to the table. Prior to joining Eruptr, she worked for Centegra Health System, a suburban Chicagoland healthcare provider for over 7 years. Melissa held a variety of critical roles related to digital marketing throughout her career – her roles and responsibilities included graphic design, event planning, coordinating digital and traditional marketing efforts both internally and externally, managing 14+ system websites as well as leading website overhauls and launches.
Melissa received her BA at Monmouth College, in Monmouth, IL and graduated with honors. By double majoring in International Business and Economics and minoring in art, she quickly got a thirst for knowledge, travel, and creative design. After studying Economics in Paris, her passion for business also grew. Her language experience includes French and Spanish.
Melissa has also received two certifications from the Illinois Institute of Art in Digital Graphic Design and Image Manipulation & Design. She lives near Rockford, Illinois, about an hour and a half northwest of Chicago with her husband and two rescued greyhounds – Sophie and Walter. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, learning about healthy nutrition, working on her Etsy shop, organic gardening and volunteering with her greyhound rescue group.

As a Director of Marketing, Emma works with a great team of individuals looking to increase the online presence of their healthcare clients. With a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, she has 5 years of marketing experience, 4 of which were spent in a healthcare system. Emma oversaw and executed tactical marketing campaigns for Centegra Health System. She has been responsible for strategic website management and digital marketing initiatives for SEO, SEM, display and remarketing. Emma has a broad range of social media experience and is Google Ads certified.

Aaron joins the growing Eruptr sales team as the newest Business Development Associate, managing the western United States region.
With more than a decade of experience in sales generation & account management in the SAP ecosystem, Aaron spent years in the digital contract intelligence space. He also brings past experience from Datasphere Technologies, a leader in web technology and hyper-local ad sales focused on generating revenue for regional media companies.
As a lifelong resident of the Seattle area, Aaron enjoys the Mariners, Seahawks & Kraken games. In his free time, he enjoys family barbecues and motorcycle camping adventures.
Joe Cassise
Joe Cassise, Senior Manager, Client Services
Joe joins the Eruptr team with close to twenty years of sales and business development experience within the healthcare industry. Early in his career at GlaxoSmithKline and later at Biogen, he worked directly with clinicians as a trusted resource, providing ongoing education for several disease modifying therapies. While at CareTech Solutions and most recently, Healthgrades, Joe has spent several years working with health system marketing and IT departments to meet their patient acquisition and retention goals. With experience selling CMS, CRM, PRM, and contact center software platforms, he brings a depth of overall knowledge and is motivated to help health systems meet their business objectives.
Joe, along with his wife of seventeen years, three kids, and naughty golden retriever, Sonny, live in Michigan. All three children are active in multiple sports, and Joe spends much of his free time coaching youth athletics in the community. When it’s time to break away from work and the ball field, the family enjoys back country camping and hiking around our beautiful National and State Parks.

Rob comes to Eruptr with over 20 years of healthcare experience, 8 of which were at Providence Health & Services in the Seattle area. He has spent the last 4 years helping hospital marketing departments increase patient acquisition with Medicom’s health risk assessments and build profitable lead nurturing strategies with Private Health News’ content marketing solutions. He has a broad understanding of healthcare marketing and a passion for helping hospitals connect their services and specialists to the right patients at the right time.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 children. He is passionate about foster care and is active in the foster/adoptive community and his church. His interests also include indoor soccer, kayaking, hiking in the beautiful mountains of Northern Washington and photography.
Francine Granger
Francine Granger, Director of Business Development, Southwest
Francine brings nearly fifteen years of healthcare marketing, communications and digital strategy experience to the Eruptr team. Over the last few years, she has spent time at a diverse group of healthcare companies where she developed a passion for helping hospitals make meaningful connections with their patients. Most recently, her time at Healthgrades provided her with an opportunity to work with clients maximizing their CRM investment and developing campaigns for cultivating relationships with consumers throughout their healthcare journey. This ultimately converted them into new patients. She also spent several years with Krames Staywell where she focused on digital health content and patient education products to engage consumers and drive them to a provider’s services.
Francine lives in Scottsdale, AZ where you’ll often find her enjoying time outdoors. Her interests outside of work include reading, spending time with friends and family and spoiling her fur babies. Travel is also something she enjoys, with Italy and Costa Rica being two of her favorite destinations so far; however, the list of places to visit is still growing!

Sean joins the Eruptr team with just almost two decades of sales experience in technology and software. As a resourceful, performance driven professional, he has extensive experience in creating and deploying robust sales strategies, coupled with structured processes, to drive sustainable business growth.
Sean has worked with several organizations from startups to Global Fortune 500 companies leveraging his key expertise and personality to bring value and build long standing business relationships. Sean spent the last few years working alongside single and multi-specialty physician groups, helping them to digitally engage with their patients while supporting them in taking a more active role in their care.
Outside of work Sean enjoys spending family time with his wife, 3 sons, and Ausie Doodle. A perfect day would consist of family time at the beach, clear skies, and 2 wheels.

Kim comes to Eruptr with over 15 years of sales and client relations experience. Her career started in traditional media; however, she quickly found her niche in the digital space and has in-depth knowledge in a variety of verticals including automotive, financial, education, retail as well as healthcare. Her goal is to provide top-notch service and support to our Eruptr clients as well as our sales team.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time at the beach, working out, cooking (and eating!!), gardening and spending time with family and good friends!
Beth Mears
Beth Mears, Business Development Associate
Beth comes to Eruptr with several years of healthcare experience, including extensive experience in healthcare sales, primarily in EMR, patient experience SAAS, provider scheduling SAAS, and eTMF SAAS relating to clinical trials. She is a passionate individual who takes pride in her ability to adapt and thrive in any situation. Born in California, she spent most of her life in Tennessee, where she attended college and landed her first job in healthcare sales. After taking a break to raise her three children, she decided to pursue an MBA from MTSU, which helped her grow in her career and expand her expertise.
Her life has had its share of unexpected twists and turns, but she always finds herself returning to the things she knows best. After having recently moved to Fort Pierce, Florida, she is loving the Florida lifestyle.
Alexis Prebula
Alexis Prebula, Business Development Associate
Alexis comes to Eruptr with over 8 years of healthcare experience, including 3 years in sales development. Working primarily on the provider side, she has helped implement pediatric home care and cardiovascular education, while working hands-on with physicians at Duke University hospital. Her passion for healthcare began with a background in nursing and TWICE the Heart: an initiative Alexis created to focus on women’s cardiac education throughout the state of North Carolina. Her goal is to implement sales tactics to assist hospitals in marketing quality patient care.
Outside of work Alexis enjoys volunteering with the American Heart Association and promoting cardiac education for women. Her interests also include competing in the Miss America scholarship organization, mentoring, staying healthy and working out.
Preston Smith
Preston Smith, Director of Business Development
Preston has almost 10 years of sales experience across healthcare software, digital marketing, and business development. He brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and a proven track record of driving strategic growth while forging successful partnerships. He is a results-driven professional with a passion for healthcare and helping people. Preston’s deep understanding of digital marketing practice and consumer behavior has proven invaluable in identifying opportunities for improvement within organizations.
Outside of work, Preston enjoys spending time outdoors – hiking, golfing, and swimming. His lifetime love for baseball still continues today, and includes playing in college at Capital University. Preston is becoming more of an avid reader and loves to cook for his friends or family when back in Michigan.

For more than 20 years, Jeff has worked with hospitals and health systems on their marketing, communications and strategy. With digital engagement a critical component of patient acquisition, Jeff enjoys collaborating with clients to ensure they are utilizing best practices and achieving desired results.
Prior to joining Eruptr, Jeff was an integral part of the team at SilverTech, working with clients on a wide variety of digital engagements, from digital marketing campaigns to large-scale website design and development projects. He also served as VP of Research Analysis and Management at Market Street Research, where he witnessed firsthand the meteoric rise of digital engagement in the healthcare industry.
Jeff is a national speaker on the topics of digital marketing, communications and branding, with an emphasis on data-driven decisions. Jeff serves on the Board of Directors for the American Hospital Association’s SHSMD (Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development) and the New England Society for Healthcare Communications (NESHCo). He also co-founded the Western New England Healthcare Marketing Symposium (WNEHMS). Additionally, Jeff has a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Outside of his stellar digital efforts, Jeff is passionate about food security and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northampton Survival Center, an organization providing low-income residents of the community with an assortment of nutritionally-balanced groceries once a month and connecting them to other services as needed.
Jeff is also a devoted husband and father, as well as a musician who performs as part of the vibrant Western Massachusetts music scene.

Kristen Hepler, Account Director
Kristen joins Eruptr with more than four years of experience in healthcare. She started her career at Geisinger Health System in Danville, PA where she gained a broad range of social media, project management, customer service and client relations experience. Her other professional experiences include, key contributor for website redesigns, managed publishing of content for customer-facing social media channels and content management.
Kristen has a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Communications degree from Purdue University.
Kristen lives in Pennsylvania with her boyfriend and their adorable silver lab, Cooper. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Abby Nelson
Abby Nelson, Account Director
An experienced healthcare marketer, Abby has considerable knowledge in social media campaigns and is certified in social media and HIPAA best practices by the Kansas Hospital Association. She previously worked on the patient care side and then transitioned to a marketing director for a critical access healthcare system where she became well-versed in both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Wichita State University, she worked in marketing and public relations for an international aerospace company. With her extensive healthcare knowledge and marketing background, Abby can easily translate client needs into tangible results. She is passionate about connecting patients to the providers that meet their health needs.
In her spare time, Abby enjoys visiting her family farm with her children and cheering on her Wichita State Shockers in basketball.

Andrew brings nearly a decade of digital marketing and advertising experience to the Eruptr team. He has had the opportunity to work for a variety of Fortune 500 companies and industries, including hospitality, retail/e-commerce, security, and aerospace. Andrew takes pride in developing relationships with clients and identifying strategic opportunities to assist them in meeting their objectives.
Andrew graduated from Purdue University Northwest with a BS in Marketing. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys working out, playing basketball, reading, listening to music/podcasts, and traveling.

Megan brings more than five years of marketing and advertising experience to Eruptr. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at West Virginia University, she began working with Nestlé, overseeing all marketing operations at key accounts in the Pittsburgh region. This career then led her to work for an advertising agency, building campaigns for a variety of local and national accounts across the U.S. Throughout her experience, Megan has always strived to facilitate strong relationships and develop a brand awareness that stimulates growth.
Megan recently got married and bought a house in her hometown in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA with her husband, Brad, and one-year-old golden retriever, Nino. Outside of work, her hobbies include doing crafts on her Cricut machine, home decorating, taking exercise classes, and traveling the world.
Rachel Camaerei
Rachel Camaerei, Account Manager
Rachel brings six years of digital marketing experience from the tourism and building industries, which includes content and email marketing, website management, search engine optimization and customer relations experience. Rachel graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s in Advertising/Public Relations and double minors in Business and Political Science.
Rachel lives in the Poconos region of Pennsylvania with her boyfriend and their three exotic cats. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking, yoga and photography.

Lauren joins Eruptr with nearly two years of marketing experience. Prior to working for Eruptr, Lauren worked for an internet marketing company where she was responsible for digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, display and website management. She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Susquehanna University.
She currently resides in Danville, PA. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking trips to the lake and playing with her kitten, Fynn.
Sarah Dacey
Sarah Dacey, Senior Manager, Client Services
Sarah joins Eruptr with over 8 years of experience in healthcare marketing. She began her career with Advent Health, formerly Florida Hospital, in Orlando, FL where she marketed all imaging services and supported a senior’s loyalty program. Most recently, she worked for Sentara Healthcare in Virginia Beach, Virginia where she led the marketing strategy for primary care services for their medical group and led targeted marketing campaigns for the launch of a new app and retail locations.
She has extensive experience in running digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive leads and achieve growth goals. She also enjoys helping patients get connected with healthcare services to support their health and wellness goals.
Sarah graduated from Florida State University with dual degrees in marketing and hospitality management, and a leadership studies certificate.
She lives in Neenah, Wisconsin with her husband and their Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Bailey. In her free time she loves travelling, trying new recipes and playing soccer and sand volleyball with her husband.
Vincent Lindsey
Vincent Lindsey, Account Manager
Vincent is a recent marketing graduate from Purdue University Global with one year of marketing experience in real estate. Most recently, he worked as a marketing specialist for Home-C International Realty in Miami. During his time there, he implemented Facebook marketing and email marketing campaigns to generate leads for various listings for the real estate agents at Home-C.
Vincent received his B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, in December 2020. He was born and raised in Chicago and moved to Miami last year. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, trying new foods, and watching sports.

Irashema joins Eruptr with four years of marketing experience in hospital marketing. Most recently, she worked as a Marketing and Communications Specialist for CHRISTUS Spohn Health System Foundation. During her time at CHRISTUS, she implemented multichannel marketing and communication campaigns that effectively promoted the organization and its services through digital, print, social media channels.
Irashema graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Corporate Communications. She resides in Corpus Christi, Texas with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, baking, dancing and traveling.

Gina brings over 13 years of healthcare marketing and graphic design experience to the team. Before joining Eruptr, she supported Centegra Health System’s strategic marketing initiatives and goals by creating and managing both traditional and digital ad campaigns. Her diverse professional history also includes a background in technical editing, which brings a high level of detail and accuracy to her work. Gina finds that building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to further their goals and success are some of the most rewarding aspects of her career.
A graduate of Florida State University, Gina earned her BS in Information Studies with a concentration in web development and administration. She minored in Studio Art, focusing on graphic design.

Kelly holds four years of digital marketing experience in the tourism industry, having worked with dozens of hotels, attractions, and local organizations. She also has three years of public relations experience working with social media influencers, NASCAR drivers, and major news outlets in New York and Philadelphia. Kelly graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, while concentrating in marketing and minoring in communication studies.
She lives in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania with her fiancé. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys traveling, photography, and exploring the outdoors.

Hannah joins the Eruptr team with over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, PPC, content management, analytics, and website optimization. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor in Science in Information Technology. Prior to joining Eruptr, Hannah worked at a startup agency where she partnered with many health care and ecommerce industries. While there, she strategically planned and created marketing projects discovering her love of helping customers succeed. Hannah is energized by building relationships to support other’s growth and helping them achieve their goals.
Hannah lives on the North Carolina coast with her family and new puppy Nicco. In her free time she enjoys paddle boarding and sunny beach days.

Danelle is a graduate of Lakeland College with degrees in marketing and business administration. She spent 12 years at Agnesian HealthCare in east central Wisconsin. Danelle’s experience while at Agnesian included time as a coder, community outreach coordinator, foundation coordinator, public relations specialist and interactive marketing specialist. During her time in healthcare marketing, Danelle worked with service line leaders to develop and implement measurable traditional and digital marketing campaigns. She focused on search engine optimized website content as the center of the health system’s inbound marketing strategies. Through this strategy, she built a solid following on social media, generated traffic via search engines and enhanced the patient experience through visitor education.
Danelle lives in Wisconsin with her husband and five children. Danelle serves as the marketing liaison on the board of directors for Compassionate Care Credit Union (formerly St. Agnes Hospital Employees Credit Union). In her free time, she likes to spend time exercising, gardening, traveling, coaching, officiating and watching sports — but most of all creating memorable experiences with her family.

Heather brings seven years of digital marketing and advertising experience to the Eruptr team. Her primary focus has been on digital verticals, media, and social media. Heather spent several years managing the digital marketing initiatives for a company that manufactured FDA cleared devices for the treatment of incontinence. This included SEM, paid Facebook ads, SEO and website management. Prior to that she helped launch a startup by collaborating and developing cross-functionally across the company to align, develop, and implement long and short-term e-commerce initiatives. Her diverse background gives her the analytical ability to drive eCommerce site traffic and revenue across different mediums.

Trang Nguyen joins Eruptr with more than five years of digital marketing experience, with a background in E-commerce and healthcare. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Portland State University, Trang worked with a major gift retailer in Oregon, specializing in social media, E-mail marketing and Content Management Systems. This experience led to her role at Nike, working on their CMS for Global Apps. Curious about continuing her journey in the digital space, she transitioned to the Healthcare industry where she has been for the past two years, starting her journey with digital ads and analytics.
Trang lives in Portland, OR with her husband, and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys tending to her countless houseplants, and does freelance photography for individuals, local businesses and nonprofits.

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sustainable Business. After graduation, he moved from the midwest to Colorado. There, he worked at a leading SaaS company in the automotive industry as an Ad Executive where he was in charge of managing Facebook advertising campaigns for dealerships across the United States and Canada.
In Cody’s free time, he enjoys hiking, sports, and playing video games. He’s a huge Vikings and Timberwolves fan, remaining true to his Minnesota roots.

These include, content writing, social media curated posts, local directories (Google my Business), backend search engine optimization and analytics to Pay Per Click (PPC) campaign building.
Vanessa lives in Scranton, PA (home of The Office) with her boyfriend and her old cat, Pancho. Zachary joins the Eruptr team with over 14 years of working in high-capacity Information Technology roles. He has an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary studies from the University of Texas RGV and is currently enrolled in a graduate program for Data Analytics at the same university.
Before starting his civilian career, Zachary served in the United States Army as a Network Engineer, completing two tours in Afghanistan. Since retiring from the military, he has worked as a Server Administrator in the healthcare industry and as an IT Manager in manufacturing.
In his free time, Zachary enjoys spending time with his family, especially his 7-year-old son and two rescue dogs. He also has interests in rock climbing, reading, cooking, and volunteering in his local community.

Erich started his career in the advertising industry 13+ years ago. He started out in OMNICOM Group, working in BBDO. Within a short time he became the media planner of important brands like Pepsico, Taco Bell and a local Bank in Costa Rica. Envisioning that the future of advertising was digital, he moved to a marketing company to specialize in web positioning, analytics and paid search. Erich has been with Eruptr for 8 years now – he’s one of the longest-tenured employees on the team!
Erich graduated with a degree in Marketing Communications at the Latin University in Costa Rica. He’s bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English. In his current role, he works closely with the Director of Technology to manage all facets of reporting and data analysis, helping to support both the sales and operations teams.
Erich currently lives in San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica, with his wife, his little daughter and a 10-year-old dachshund. He enjoys traveling, Crossfit and trips to the beach or the mountain.

Ram is a result-oriented IT professional with over 19 years of experience in Engineering, product development and product management. Ram spent nearly 9 years in the financial domain as a data engineer and past 10 years in healthcare product development and product management. Ram’s healthcare experience is in DigitalHealth Marketing, Population Management, Clinical Documentation Improvement etc.
Prior to working at Eruptr, Ram spent a brief period at DeliverHealth as Data Platform Leader. Prior to DeliverHealth, Ram spent 4 years at Nuance (now Microsoft) as Director of Product Management leading Nuance’s Shared services including Data and Analytics for all Nuance Healthcare portfolios, focusing on productizing shared services, monetizing data, and analytics. Prior to Nuance, Ram spent almost 5 years at Evariant as Senior Director of Data leading Evariant (Now Mercury Health) data platform end to end. Prior to Evarint, Ram spent 9 years at Voya Financial building enterprise data products.
Outside of solving data/analytics challenges, you will find Ram playing Volleyball, Cricket or in garden activities. Ram’s fun activities include reading, watching period films or cowboy movies, and grilling. Ram lives in Connecticut with his wife and with two children.

Natalia supports Eruptr’s Senior Data Specialist with reporting and campaign data analysis as well as providing day-to-day assistance to the Operations team. She brings three years of digital marketing and data analysis expertise to the team and is passionate about furthering her career in digital marketing.
After graduating with a degree in International Relations from the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América in Costa Rica, she began working for the Costa Rican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Culture, providing data analysis and research support. With a passion for marketing, Natalia joined the marketing department of an industrial company in Costa Rica and began to focus more of her time on all things digital. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Digital Business from the ESDEN Business School in Spain.
She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English and basic French.
Natalia currently lives in San José, Costa Rica and enjoys knitting, traveling, functional training and binge-watching the latest and greatest TV series.

Jodi joins Eruptr with over 15 years of experience in graphic and web/user interface design in both corporate marketing and agency settings. She spent nearly four years creating websites specifically for the medical and dental industries, with special attention focused on ADA guidelines for web accessibility.
Jodi believes that, in the digital world, design and development are both creative avenues – one cannot exist without the other. This led her to pursue the front-end development skills necessary to bring her designs to life and to better communicate her full vision and interactivity of projects to clients.
Whether digital/web or print design, Jodi’s specialty is in layout, organization and details with the primary focus being on end-user experience. She likes to take a client’s concept and vision and turn it into a beautiful, functional reality.

Adam Garvey graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) in May of 2010 with degrees in both Accounting and Finance. He began his professional career with RSM, LLP auditing clients across governmental, healthcare, not-for-profit, and insurance industries. After three years in public accounting, Adam moved into the Corporate world and joined the growing Internal Audit team at UnitedHealth Group. It was there that he spent the better part of a year testing internal control compliance over financial reporting across multiple business segments. In the fall of 2014, Adam and his wife relocated to Milwaukee, WI where he was hired by a small healthcare software company called API Healthcare. API Healthcare was acquired by GE Healthcare shortly thereafter and, over the next five years, he held several operational accounting roles on the Global Accounting Operations team. When he and his family relocated back to Minnesota, Adam joined the Medicom Health team where he has served as the Controller for the past two and a half years.
Adam and his wife Laura have two children – five-year-old daughter, Charlotte and four-year-old son, Easton. They also have a two-year-old Boxer named Hank, who enjoys getting into trouble. In his free time, Adam coaches 3rd and 4th grade girls basketball and volunteers for various activities at his daughter’s school.

What Teagan finds most enjoyable about working with a team is supporting the success of others while working towards a common goal. Team work makes the dream work!
Teagan and her husband live on a small farm in central PA with their son, Warren. She is an avid thrifter and coffee lover. Outside of work, Teagan’s hobbies include interior design, spending time outdoors and traveling. She also enjoys supporting local businesses and shopping small.

Prior to Eruptr, Zuri worked 4 years in the software industry before deciding to shift to a more in depth role within a company.
Zuri was born and raised in Bryan, TX and moved to Chicago, IL when she was 10. She just recently moved and is now residing in San Diego, CA. Zuri lives outside the city with her husband, daughter, Valerie and dog, Bella. Outside of work she loves spending time with family, traveling, various outdoor activities, and helping those in need.
